At Restorative, we are on a mission to set the bar for the delivery of physical rehabilitation and patient experience while restoring quality of life. It is our vision to change the narrative of healthcare by placing the patient first in every decision we make.

From the beginning, RHS’ president and owner, Aaron Sorensen, CPO, has been committed to keeping RHS as a privately held Tennessee company. Not only is Sorensen the owner, he is also a clinician who sees and treats a full case-load of patients every day.

Many O&P companies are beholden to a corporate formulary that requires clinicians to prescribe equipment based on profit margins rather than what a patient truly needs. That’s not how we do business at Restorative.

Because we aren’t a publicly traded company and we aren’t owned by venture capitalists or a private equity firm, we do not answer to shareholders or financial drivers which would result in making our main focus to maximize corporate profits. This allows us latitude that many other middle Tennessee prosthetic and orthotic companies do not have.
